退款&取消说明
1. 如果您因任何原因希望在付款后取消订单,请立即联系客服并告知。请注意,将收取您购买金额的10%的管理费。
2. 如果订单状态更改为‘已完成’,然而您希望取消订单,我们将收取30%的管理费并且运费不予退还。只有在产品返回给我们和检查后才处理退款。
3. 如果您的包裹因(提供错误的地址,无人认领,交付时找不到收件人等等)而被退回,并且您提出退款请求时,我们将收取您订单总金额的30%手续费以及扣除运费后才退还您剩下的金额。
4. 如果收件人拒收包裹及拒绝付税费 而导致包裹被退回,恕不退款。
5. 如果包裹状态在追踪网站上显示为‘已送达’,我们将不对任何包裹丢失负责。
• 所有退款将根据购买时使用的付款方式退款
• 由于银行、信用卡发行机构和支付网之间的处理时间不同,退款通常需要5-10个工作日才能显示在您的银行账单上
• 如果上述标准期限已过但您仍未收到退款,请联系我们或您的信用卡发行机构/银行了解更多详情
• 所有退款不对因货币波动或汇率造成的任何损失负责

Refund&Cancellation Instructions
- If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly inform us immediately . Please note that, 10% administration fees of your amount purchased will be imposed.
- Once order status changes to FULFILLED, and you wish to cancel your order, 30% administration fees will be imposed and shipping is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed only after the product returns to us.
- If your parcel is returned due to (incorrect address given by the customer, unclaimed parcels, consignee unavailable upon attempted delivery) and a refund request is made, we will impose 30% administration fees of your total order value and deduct the shipping charges, and refund you the remaining amount.
- If a parcel is returned due to the consignee rejecting the package and refusing to pay for tax charges,kindly be informed that NO REFUND will be made.
- Once the package status is shown as "delivered" on the tracking website, we will not be liable for any loss of the package.
- All refunds will be based on the payment method used at the time of purchase
- Due to the different processing times between banks, credit card issuers, and payment networks, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement
- If the above standard period has passed but you have not received the refund, please contact us or your credit card issuer/bank for more details
- All refunds are not responsible for any losses caused by currency fluctuations or exchange rates
